TO THE PUMPKIN-SEED HARVESTER

To preserve the good quality of the harvested pumpkin seeds , they must be processed in the shortest time. The most important operations are the washing and drying.

TM-2003 Pumpkin-seed Washing Machine

Field of application: washing of pumpkin-seeds grown for industrial and food purposes.

The washing action is carried out in  two phases. The first phase is the flushing of seeds , where the machine washes down the inner soft parts from the seed while selecting the other materials. Great advantage of its application is that the cost of drying can be decreased by ca. 30 % and the grade of cleanliness and marketability of the seeds are increased. The second phase is the dehydration in a perforated vessel.  For the operation network water, electric connection and drainage are required. We supply two dehydrating vessels.

TSZ-16 Pumpkin-seed Drying Table

The drying table is suitable for drying of pumpkin-seeds with or without shell grown for industrial and meal food purposes. A continuous mixing of seeds can be ensured by a mixing carriage, and the preservation of both intact condition and germinative ability can be ensured. The water content of seeds can be reduced to as low as 7 % by this drying process . At the end of the process, the seeds can be emptied off the table by opening a gate valve at the end of the table.
The drying table is available without boiler and fan.

TP-2003 Pumpkin-seed Polishing Machine

Field of application: polishing of pumpkin-seeds grown for food purpose. The polishing machine enhances the quality category of the seeds by cleaning after the drying process. The newly developed machine has a brushing system which removes the thin skin being on from the seeds. With this process a good quality can be greatly improved. Its output is max. 3000 kg/hour. Intensity of the polishing process can be adjusted by changing the velocity of its throughput capacity. The revolution speed of brushes can be adjusted by frequency changer.
Use of this machine is proposed after washing and drying. If seeds are dried without washing, the efficiency will be very low.
