Trailer-type pumpkin seed harvester

This machine is an improved version of the TR-2003, largely similar in its operating system. The purpose of this construction was to meet the demands of growers who work on large areas with a machine having increased performance and more functions.

During the development the favourable experience gained with the TR-2003 was utilised, but some parts were modernized and improved, and hydraulic transmission was intoriduced.
The machine boasts an electro-hydraulic control mechanism: there is only one single cable-connection between the tractor and the machine, without additional wiring.

Operation
The pick-up roller thrusts the pumpkins which are then dispensed onto a conveyor belt. Driven by a hydro-engine, the pick-up roller is not a separate unit, but is built onto the machine itself. It can be turned out from delivery position and can be hydraulically lifted down into its working position. Two knives slice the pumpkins into very small pieces. After use, the crowbars can be turned and reused.

By means of a heavy-duty vacuum apparatus, pumpkin-flesh is removed and the seeds are cleaned. Then the seeds are moved by a pulley into the seed-hopper, the revolution of which can be regulated hydraulically. An additional brush cares for the constant cleaning of the vacuum-apparatus.
Within the seed-hopper there is a pulley, which moves the seeds into the discharging-pulley. This part can also be moved hydraulically and ensures fast and simple disposal.
