Over the past few decades, our company has developed and implemented the commercial production of pumpkin seed harvesting and processing machines, and has become the only manufacturer in central and eastern Europe. We have also made a name for ourselves with the rapeseed harvesting adapter that can be connected to the main combine types and with the development of high-performance pasture mowers. We went on a “trip” to the production of tillage machines, after which we started the production of more specific machines. Our portfolio includes everything from simple low-tech machines to more advanced, multifunctional tools for lawns and for maintaining other crops. Striving to stand on several feet, we have expanded our activities to other industrial areas through the development of our machine park: power machines, automotive components, gears, production of devices for the food industry.

In 2014 we introduced an enterprise resource planning system (ERP) for the entire company. We took further steps in 2020, in the direction of the intelligent enterprise resource planning system IERP, which includes the integration of the corporate governance system and the business intelligence system. By dividing the production planning into several phases, we can estimate the required capacities and the need for cooperation in advance. The coarse and fine planning level helps production to use resources optimally and to prepare for the right procurement, for the right purchasing. (Raw materials, labor, tools). The parameterized source lists can process even the most complex production, no matter how complex it is. Optimizing and planning production processes improves our competitiveness considerably.
